My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and very comfy, offering a great view of Mall of the Emirates and Burj El-Arab. It was designed perfectly, especially for disabled people, but it lacked a bathtub. The staff were kind and very helpful, despite a few exceptions.
